The following Rule is adopted as a General Administrative Rule of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois:
 
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO: 02-01
 
SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER
 
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 ILCS 5/6-21, Langdon D. Neal is appointed to OFFICE OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER OF THE BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, Cook County, Illinois to serve until November 30, 2005, and until a successor is appointed.
 
This rule is dated 2nd day of December, 2002. This Rule shall be spread upon the records of the Court and published.
