Rohan, Director   Department Profile   Every year in Cook County more than 10,000 children under the age of 17 appear before judges in the Juvenile Justice Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. The Juvenile Probation and Court Services Department of the Circuit Court of Cook County provides a continuum of services to those minors and families who are referred to the court. Through an extensive collaboration with community-based social service agencies and faith-based organizations, the Department works to ensure that every child under its supervision receives appropriate secular guidance, structured programming and appropriate services. Department staff also work closely with the judges of the Juvenile Justice Division to develop alternative strategies that address the needs of minors without compromising public safety.
